How to choose a Santa Clarita real estate agent or team to represent you

If you like the real estate agent you just interviewed why not hire them.  This video came from me speaking with a potential buyer today who said they were going to look at interviewing other real estate agents.  In fact, he was pretty hard and true when it came with wanting to talk with others in my industry.

After about 1 hour of talking - at the end, he said, " I like you, you're hired...." I said, "what about the other agents - don't you want to speak with them - they may be better than I am..." - He smiled and said, "That statement is why they cannot possibly be better than you..."
