Why do I have to meet, in person with my Real Estate agent

Answering the reason for this necessary step, I have given my two cents about the reasons why would you never want to work with a real estate agent that would agree to meet you at the properties for sale, without first getting to know you and developing a game plan.

No we aren't dating, However, sometimes the amount of money spent on a home, carried over 30 years, can equate to more $$$ than a Marriage Costs to finance :-)

Don't Fire your Real Estate agent because of Lacking Inventory

What do you think about the Santa Clarita real estate inventory?  If you ask most buyers in the local market, they will tell you it is horrible.
