We just completed the above post about paying for Foreclosure intel and search systems. The "paid for" part should be the agent's responsibility. If they want that type of business coming to them, that is. Some may be completely happy with handling regular - standard sales. Others want to jump out in the other parts of the real estate industry and learn different parts of the other "crafts".

Are Greedy Sellers to Blame for the recent price increases
We had just answered this question at our Main Santa Clarita real estate blog. A question such as this does not get the typical 5 word answer. This one required at least that many paragraphs to explain.
One of the most important things is any real estate buyer and or seller getting advice from someone that is experienced, professional and someone that will not be focused on the commission to be earned. Those you choose to represent you with something as "expensive" as real estate is - will make all the difference in the world. A bad choice can hurt you and a Good choice will benefit you beyond your imagination.

We have been engaging our audience with our Video series about How to Buy a home, how to sell a home and what you need to know when wanting to hire a real estate agent.
Our video's have thousands of views - but the key component of our Video's is that they live on their own Self Hosted video platform. We do upload to the Mega Video Sharing sites too - but when we place these video's on our own websites - they are part of our Easy Web Video hosting.
Never again, will I have another video enter into the picture from someone else that is in our same business. It is not that I'm worried about the competition - I'm worried about "misinformation".

The Santa Clarita Cities are not immune from having another decrease in home prices. The "for sure" way for this to happen would be an increase in interest rates. Being that I spend so long in the full time employ at the LAPD - currently I remain as a Full LAPD reserve - I know a thing or two about Briefings. The dissemination of information from one party to another. The best things is that we do this on a routine basis. While no radio call or call for service should ever be viewed as "routine" in law enforcement, we want to get the Real Estate Data to the masses so their decisions can be founded on fact and not opinion.
