Why do I have to meet, in person with my Real Estate agent

Answering the reason for this necessary step, I have given my two cents about the reasons why would you never want to work with a real estate agent that would agree to meet you at the properties for sale, without first getting to know you and developing a game plan.

No we aren't dating, However, sometimes the amount of money spent on a home, carried over 30 years, can equate to more $$$ than a Marriage Costs to finance :-)
