The Santa Clarita Cities are not immune from having another decrease in home prices.  The "for sure" way for this to happen would be an increase in interest rates.  While talking on our Santa Clarita radio show this morning - Mike Meena and I don't think that will happen - so where is the next dip going to come from?

We just had a couple in our Santa Clarita real estate offices on yesterday evening - late. Both of the clients were interested in the new housing centers within the Cities that compose the Santa Clarita Valley.

We had been publishing the new home listings for all of the builders that are within the SCV - We also have been working with New Home clients for the Santa Clarita Valley at our Find me a new Santa Clarita valley home meetings.

Talk about a "barn burner".  When you are viewing homes with your real estate agent of choice - don't let them show you homes that are outside of your "comfort zone". If they make it a habit, they may harm your bottom line.
